the location is central. it made exploring very easy. the staff were friendly, especially at breakfast. the breakfast options included both a buffet and a cooked-to-order menu.
I encountered issues with the room service. it took almost an hour to get through to anyone when i tried to order. i eventually had to use my mobile phone because the room phone went unanswered. also, there was very little hanging space in the room. Clothes draped over the coffee machine.
