excellent location clean room beautiful views
The location was excellent (right in the heart of the city). the room provided was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. the rooftop bar provided beautiful views. It was a great feature.
the gym was unusually small (it felt slightly cramped).

decent central location, some drawbacks
central location friendly staff breakfast options slow room service phone issues little hanging space
the location is central. it made exploring very easy. the staff were friendly, especially at breakfast. the breakfast options included both a buffet and a cooked-to-order menu.
I encountered issues with the room service. it took almost an hour to get through to anyone when i tried to order. i eventually had to use my mobile phone because the room phone went unanswered. also, there was very little hanging space in the room. Clothes draped over the coffee machine.

lovely design convenient slippers wide choice
My room featured lovely interior design detail and a great size. Robes and slippers were provided, allowing direct access to the spa via the lift. I appreciated the wide choice of options at breakfast, including a buffet.
The hotel's location is fantastic, but I found the room to be small for the price.
